A dream with two names

One table had an abuela's café de olla on it, cinnamon in the pot, everyone welcome, nobody leaving hungry. The other table had the old country on it: prosciutto sliced thin enough to read through, mozzarella pulled that morning, bread that crackled when you leaned on it.

Sueños is what happens when those two tables become one counter.

We're a Valley café with an Italian deli heart, on Main Street in downtown McAllen. Espresso and small-batch gelato the old way. Horchata cold brew and ceremonial matcha the 956 way. Sandwiches pressed to order on schiacciata we bake in house, because a good sandwich starts with the bread.

Everything is made close: gelato churned in small batches, matcha whisked like we mean it, coffee pulled bold enough to start a brighter day. Main Street has always been where this town gathers, we're just keeping the seats warm, and the sun on the table.
