Nitro Cold Brew vs. Cold Brew: What's the Difference?
Same cold brew, one big upgrade: nitrogen. Here's what those tiny bubbles actually do, and when to spring for them.
Cold brew, the base
Coffee steeped in cold water for 12+ hours: smooth, low-acid, naturally sweet, and strong. No heat means none of the bitterness hot brewing can pull. It's the summer workhorse.
What nitro adds
Push cold brew through nitrogen and it pours cascading, with a creamy, Guinness-like head and a velvety mouthfeel, no milk, no sugar required. Nitro tastes smoother and a little sweeter, and it looks incredible in the glass. It's cold brew in a tuxedo.
Which to order
Want the most coffee for your money, built with your own milk? Regular cold brew. Want the silkiest, most impressive black coffee, great exactly as it comes? Nitro. Try it once and you'll get it.
