Oat Milk vs. Pistachio Milk: Which for Your Coffee?
Two of the best non-dairy milks in coffee, and they're not interchangeable. Here's how to pick, we pour both.
Oat milk: the crowd-pleaser
Oat milk is creamy, neutral-sweet, and steams into a latte almost like dairy, which is why it took over cafés. It won't fight your espresso or your matcha; it just makes everything rounder. The safe, delicious default.
Pistachio milk: the flex
Pistachio milk is nuttier and a little more luxurious, with a subtle green richness that's excellent with espresso and unreal with matcha. It's the one that makes a regular latte taste like a treat. Try it on a cortado or the La Patria.
How to choose
Want seamless and creamy? Oat. Want a little wow and don't mind a nutty note? Pistachio. Both are +$1 on any drink here, worth experimenting.
Add oat or pistachio to anything on Main Street, +$1.
